This course will introduce the knowledge and skills required to conduct and analyse research interviews in qualitative health research.

What you'll learn

By the end of this workshop, you should have:

  • A critical understanding of the principles of conducting qualitative interviewing;
  • A critical understanding of the principles of analysing qualitative interview data;
  • Develop skills in conducting and analysing research interviews in healthcare;
  • A critical understanding of the principles of recruiting participants for qualitative interviewing;
  • Appreciate the ethical issues involved in conducting research interviews;
  • Demonstrate an awareness of the different formats for interviewing
